Moules Marinière – mussels with white wine and cream

    6 shallots sliced

    2 cloves of garlic

    bunch of parsley (use only the leaves)

    wash mussels in cold water

    hot pan add 1 knob of butter

    add shallots and garlic till gets soft

    add 1 or 2 cups of white wine

    add salt and pepper

    cook covered for 4 mins (till they open)

    add 100ml single cream

    and parsley for simmer another 1 min.

    served with chips/bread
