6 shallots sliced

hot pan add 1 knob of butter
add shallots and garlic till gets soft
add 1 or 2 cups of white wine
add salt and pepper
cook covered for 4 mins (till they open)
add 100ml single cream
and parsley for simmer another 1 min.
