This is my 2nd attempt at grilling a steak on a charcoal BBQ. Let me know what you think, also what can I do to keep flames down? Once the steak started cooking flames kept going up so the outside is more charred than I would’ve liked. It was delicious though…

  1. Look into hot/cool zone cooking when using charcoal. You can get a nice reverse sear this way.
