Wow, believe the hype. I love that they do half bagels, so you can try many varieties and toppings even as one person. It is difficult to pick a favorite as all of my selections were outstanding, but the “Roe! Wild Alaskan Salmon Roe” and classic Tomato Cream Cheese stood out to me. Bagel wise the best was their “Burnt Everything” which paired wonderfully with the Hand Sliced Smoked Salmon. Strong 10/10 and definitely worth the 30 minute wait in line. The people working were really nice too.

People love to hate on courage, but it is one of those spots that’s actually worth going to if the line is short enough.

Had to work at 7am on a Saturday so got up early and drove over. There was a line but not bad. They are great bagels. Worthy of some hype. I wouldn’t stand there for an hour but it’s a flipping amazing bagel.

Top tier bagels. There was a phase where I went twice a week for a couple of months. All the staff could recognize me at that point.
But dang, their coffee sucks butt. I’ve literally picked up my bagel, then drive over to Lamill on Silverlake for some actually good coffee.

Not gonna lie I thought this place was gonna be some dumb place overhyped by annoying New Yorkers but I got dragged into going recently and it was so good. Line wasn’t that bad either, looks worse than it actually is (probably smart marketing on their part).
