Cut up sourdough loaf, toast it with loads of butter, toss in mushrooms+fine onion+ tomato in an air fryer or grill them. Sauce of your choice, i used homemade pesto (nuts for more richer texture) use cheese of your choice.. it’s really down to dehydrated vegetables with concentrated flavour and the buttery sourdough. Hard cheese sprinkle in the end would be a great bonus… And lastly use black pepper. That’s it all done under 15 mins… Try it. Bye.
