The agua chile is a special for the summer time 14.5 and delicious. nice and spicy too. The Al Pastor ramen was a special pop up but also really good.

If you haven’t been to Ramen Del Barrio in a hot second, they’ve improved lots of things and revamped a few items. The karagge, hamachi tostada, Agua chile ramen are all very solid. Imo it’s probably one of the only spots in town that does fusion right. I think for 14.5 and 16 it was pretty good standard prices for Ramen in ATX. i’m

I went a few weeks ago. This food fucks. Too bad I live on the south side, and it is all the way up on Parmer, otherwise I’d go multiple times a week.

Charlatan from El Paso was there as a collab, I believe that’s their Al pastor. It’s by far the best ramen you can get in El Paso

The mazemen slaps pretty hard too. So does the lengua. They made the yaki tacos bigger, but they cost a little bit more too. It is what it is.
