Dinner tonight for me:
– leftover chicken seasoned with Trader Joe’s Ajika blend for spice.
– chickpeas with diced bell peppers and peppadews, avocado, parsley, mint, evoo, red wine vinegar, and a splash of white grapefruit balsamic
– kale salad massaged with evoo, lemon, white vinegar and shallots. Topped with a yellow nectarine and pistachios.

I got all the food groups in.
