    For any non-Spanish speakers who are confused, ‘tuna’ is the fruit of prickly pear cactus (nopal). It’s delicious and OP did a great job here.

    I have always wanted to try to make pulque, but i’ve no idea how to source the ingredients here in the states

    Just coming back from Michoacán. My cousin brought over 8L of plain pulque from Querétaro for a family party. I had about a liter n half to myself. That smell is strong, but tastes like wine I think lol. Only had wine once.
