I’ve been making these daily after tiring of sweet oat fiber ” cake”. For seasoning, I use 1/2 t granulated onion, 1/2 t garlic powder, and 1/2 t salt-free herb mix. I cook for 3 full minutes in the microwave, slice in half and let laughing cow cheese melt all over it. Very filling! The cheese adds 25-30 calories to it. If you are not accustomed to eating oat fiber flour, you might want to eat half the recipe and save 1/2 for the next day. It is a LOT of fiber…
