Fridge staple: mixed grains & legumes

  1. This is a mix of equal parts quinoa, brown rice, and lentils cooked together.

    I love keeping a mix of 3-4 grains & legumes every week so I get a good variety of nutrients, without the stress of having to prepare each individual thing! I use this in salads or as a base for something else.
