This was an amazing salad! I used the dressing from this recipe: https://thedefineddish.com/italian-chop-salad-with-peperoncini-vinaigrette/. Salad contained arugula, pea shoots, fresh oregano, green onions, English cucumbers, tomatoes, and extra Parmesan on top. Had a couple of Raincoast crisps (yummy and very low calorie multigrain crackers) with dabs of goat cheese and fig jam on the side
