Bourbon Sticky Mushrooms

    ### Ingredients

    * 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
    * 1 pack oyster mushrooms
    * 1 tbsp chopped garlic
    * 1 tbsp chopped ginger
    * 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
    * 1/4 cup soy sauce
    * 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
    * 1/4 cup brown sugar

    ### Instructions

    1. Heat up a cast iron on medium heat, add oil then the mushrooms.
    2. Use another pan with a tea towel to press down on the mushrooms. Flip over after a few mins and repeat.
    3. Glaze the mushrooms with some hoisin sauce on both sides and cook for another 2-3mins.
    4. Remove and place on a chopping board, allow to rest for few minutes and then chop into chunks.
    5. In the same pan, add oil if needed then the garlic and ginger. Fry for 1-2 mins then add the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, bourbon and sugar. Stir and place on a low heat.
    6. When the sauce thickens add the chopped mushrooms and mix well.
    7. Serve with some rice and enjoy!
