    INGREDIENTS

    1 (2-pound) tomahawk ribeye steak

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 tsp kosher salt

    1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

    1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

    1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Preheat your smoker to 250 ℉.

    2. Season the steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    3. Place the steak in the smoker and cook for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature of the steak reads 125 ℉ for medium-rare on your Instant Read Thermometer.

    4. Remove the steak from the smoker and let it rest for 10 mins.

    5. Meanwhile, combine the butter, blue cheese, and parsley in a small bowl.

    6. Spread the blue cheese butter over the steak and serve. Enjoy!
