Sautee in olive oil:
Onion
garlic
Asparagus
Mushrooms
Zuchinni
A pinch each of salt, pepper, Oregano

Top with liquid just egg, fresh herbs (I had dill and parsley on hand) and violife feta.

Let cook low and slow until its caramelized on the bottom, about 25-30 mins.
