Amazing sauce going on here.
Strawberry – very sweet with a bit of fire, this will be going on a warm dessert with ice cream
Reaper – Hottest sauce I’ve ever tried, just fire. Use sparingly on pizza I guess!
Kosho – superb citrus and vinegar. I’ll use this in any Asian dish.
