## Ingredients:
* 1 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, cashews, and walnuts)
* 1/2 cup dried fruits (such as raisins, cranberries, and apricots)
* 1/2 cup whole grain cereal or granola
* 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks (optional)
* 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
* 1/4 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
* 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
* Pinch of salt (optional)
## Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts, dried fruits, whole grain cereal or granola, dark chocolate chips or chunks (if using), pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon (if desired), and a pinch of salt (if desired).
2. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
3. Transfer the trail mix to an airtight container or portion it into individual snack-sized bags for convenience.
4. Store the trail mix in a cool, dry place for up to several weeks.
