Ate at Timberyard yesterday and on the back of this meal I have no idea how they got a star. Service was awful, lots of time spent waiting for food, plates arriving with no cutlery laid. Pacing was all over the place (took 3 hours in total for this) and we all came out of the meal hungry which is a first for me at fine dining.
The restaurant itself is very nice, although the toilets have been crammed in a corridor next to the private dining room.
It also didn’t help having a table with 2 kids running riot sat across from us.
