Recipe Ingredients – 400g ground beef (1 pound) – half an onion, finely chopped – 1 spring onion, sliced thin – 1 fresh chili, sliced thin – a handfull of cilantro, chopped – 150 g egg noodles – 3 tbs oyster sauce – 2 tbs low sodium soy sauce – 1 tbs maple syrup(or honey/sugar) – 2 tbs neutral oil – salt and pepper to taste Method 1. Fry the onion in oil on the highest heat until it starts to get brown. 2. Ad the beef to the pan and break it up. Ad a pinch of salt and a few cracks of pepper and cook it until its brown. Turn the heat down to medium. 3. Prepare the noodles as the package instuctions. 4. Ad the noodles to the pan and stirfry for a minute before ading the soy sauce, oyster sauce, maple syrup and half the spring onions. Mix 5. Taste for seasoning. 6. Garnish with remaining spring onions, chilis and coriander. You can also ad other vegetables like carots, peppers, sprouts, peas, water chesnuts etc
