Pasta Al Limone – The Frank Prisinzano Method

    This one couldn’t be simpler, and it is insanely delicious. If you want a YouTube video, look up “Frank Prisinzano Pasta Al Limone” and you can watch a demonstration.

    Ingredients:

    -One Lemon

    -One lb (454g) of Spaghetti

    -Finely Grated Parm Cheese

    -Unsalted Grass Fed Butter

    ​

    1. Boil and Cook 1lb of Pasta, using salted pasta water.
    2. While boiling, grate a bunch of Parmesan Reggiano Cheese
    3. Juice 1 Lemon
    4. When Pasta’s done, combine pasta, lemon juice, butter and toss the lemon (in two halves) in another pot/bowl. Mix vigorously to beat the oils out of the lemon skin and to emulsify the sauce.
    5. Toss on a generous portion of grated parm cheese and serve and consume immediately. Toss a Lemon Half on for presentation so people know which ingredient is the star of the dish.

    It doesn’t hurt to warm the serving plates too.
