10-min sesame ginger scallion noodles

    ### Ingredients

    * 1 ramen block
    * 1 tbsp sesame oil
    * 1 loaded tsp ginger
    * 1.5 tbsp chopped scallions
    * 1 tbsp soy sauce
    * 1 tsp vinegar

    **Chili oil crisp**

    * 1 tbsp neutral oil
    * 1 tsp chili flakes

    **Topping**

    * Toasted sesame seeds

    ### Instructions

    1. Boil ramen according to packet instructions.
    2. Chop ginger finely and scallions into thin slices. Add it to a bowl.
    3. Heat sesame oil for 1-2 minutes on medium flame (careful not to burn it) and pour over ginger & scallions.
    4. Add soy sauce, vinegar mix and pour it over noodles and give it a good mix.
    5. For chili oil crisp, heat some oil & add chili flakes until crispy.
    6. Top noodles with the crisp & it’s ready to serve!
