1. Boil ramen according to packet instructions. 2. Chop ginger finely and scallions into thin slices. Add it to a bowl. 3. Heat sesame oil for 1-2 minutes on medium flame (careful not to burn it) and pour over ginger & scallions. 4. Add soy sauce, vinegar mix and pour it over noodles and give it a good mix. 5. For chili oil crisp, heat some oil & add chili flakes until crispy. 6. Top noodles with the crisp & it’s ready to serve!

* 1 loaded tsp ginger
* 1.5 tbsp chopped scallions
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp vinegar
**Chili oil crisp**
