Aged Kimchi Kimbap (김밥)

    This Kimbap was just to clean my fridge!

    I used HUGE roasted seaweed for this, think the kind you eat in the tiny pack. It was VERY annoying to roll!

    I just fried my SUPER SOUR kimchi with some sweetener, fried the luncheon meat, and threw in the last two green onions I had! Rice is mixed with sesame seeds, perilla oil, and salt!

    Perilla oil is a game changer if you can find it. I don’t usually use it with Kimbap but I can’t go back now!
