    ### Recipe

    * 1 onion
    * 2 cloves garlic
    * a piece of ginger

    First sauté the onion, then add garlic and ginger.

    * 1 Tsp each Garam Masala, Paprika, Ground coriander
    * 1/2 Tsp each cumin and chili powder
    * 1 Tbsp margarine or vegan butter.

    Roast 2-3mins.

    * 3 Tbsp tomato paste
    * 1 can (220g) cooked chickpeas (I also added the water)
    * 1/4 cup (60ml) coconut milk
    * salt to taste

    Let it simmer 5mins.

    Finish with cilantro/parsley and lemon juice.
