I recently had the pleasure of dining at Atomix and experiencing their August menu. Considering Atomix’s accolades, and recent jump in the WBR list, I had lofty expectations coming into this meal. Overall, those expectations were meet and exceeded. After eating at the Fat Duck, Core by Clare Smyth, L’Enclume, and The Modern over the past month, my experience at Atomix surpassed them all. I have never experienced such depth of flavor and simple yet extraordinary cooking anywhere else as I did at Atomix. Throughout the 11 courses there were no ‘misses’ (the closest being the blueberry dessert) but plenty of highlights. Favorites included the Japchae, Striped Jack, Sea Cucumber and Rice ice cream. As a side note, their cocktails are excellent.
Regarding service, it makes sense why Atomix is continuously an award-winner. The staff is extremely friendly and proactively engaged patrons in thoughtful conversations. The dinner service felt as though I was apart of a gathering with friends which is something I’ve rarely found in fine-dining establishment.
Obviously, Atomix is exorbitantly expensive but I truly feel as though the experience justifies the cost. I have no doubt that Atomix deserves all the accolades and praise it receives and hopefully will be recognized as a 3* soon.

Reddit mobile wasn’t allowing me to add photo descriptions thus I included the full menu at the end. Apologies!
Amazing. I hope to go soon. Any tips on how to get a reservation? I have access to getting the bar reservations, but I’m aiming for the Chef’s Counter.
