Don’t mind the price column and incorrect English please.

Just created my 3600 calories meal plan for bulking. Have to know whether im missing vitamins/nutritious that might be unhealthy long term? The reason I don’t include vegetables ( except for onion) is because they cost quite a lot while being low calories which isn’t what im looking for on a bulk

I was trying to make this plan as cheap as possible but if u have to pay a bit more to make it healthier so be it, just tell me what to change about this

The last but not the least, as you can see some of meals contain almost 1kg of cooked food, can it cause any health issue considering im eating only 2-3 times a day so my portions would be ridiculously huge

I think it’s a rare type of question here, so not sure if you’ll get much advice. my understanding is, the minimums for macros and vitamins is pretty low so, mostly focus on protein and maybe take a supplement? if you’re not already watching, try ‘more plates more dates’ youtube channel. the name doesn’t sound serious but the guy who runs it is knowledgeable and has good info on this.

If you want to not eat fruits and vegetables dear god you have to take a multivitamin. pasta sauce cannot be your source of vitamins and minerals
