I’d definitely eat it, but in reference to what else I’ve seen on this sub, a 6.5

The cook looks 💯, but Filet should have some kind of sauce because even prime is quite lean. I like to serve my Filets with bordelaise. Not a lot, not drowning in it, just a spoonful to give each bite a little boost.
