I was in a bit of a canning rut after losing almost half a batch of pickles to bad seals. I bought some Weck jars while having a bit of a moment. đ They do seal beautifully though!! As do the regular ball jars also pictured⊠This recipe set up a little stiff for me so I probably wonât give it as gifts, but it tastes great and is still spreadable, just not pretty. đ¶ïž I wanted to make 2 batches at once since itâs a small yield recipe, so I set up two pots on the stove and made two simultaneously. OH I could not find Ball Liquid Pectin anywhere, so I used Certo.

The [recipe](https://www.bernardin.ca/recipes/en/habanero-gold-jelly.htm?Lang=EN-US) is also on the Bernardin website.
How do you like those reusable seals/lids? Iâve been considering investing in them so we never have to worry about having a supply of the metal kind.
Oh, I was eyeing this recipe! I have a bunch of jalapeños ripe, do you think it would be good with them instead of habaneros?
