I frequent an awesome Asian restaurant and they use this mock chicken (https://imgur.com/a/1EHUAlL) and I’m trying to figure out what brand it is and where to buy it.
I thought it was vegeusa or one of those Taiwanese brands but I wasn’t sure. closest thing I saw was dragonfly mock chicken that is canned but it didn’t look right. anybody a pro with this stuff can point me in the right direction?
