What a superb combination! The saltiness and fat of the hot, cooked-to-order McDonald’s fries paired with the superb Egly-Ouriet with its notes of citrus, peach, slight honey and a nose of white flowers and peaches. The champagne’s balanced acidity cuts through the fat and salt so beautifully.
Also, this is the best $80 I ever spent on champagne, hands down. Cheers everyone!
