▫️ rice flour (you can use oat flour) 50 g ~ 3 tbsp;
▫️ cheese ( preferably suluguni and up to 45% fat content);
▫️ salt 1/2 tsp;
▫️ leavening agent 1/2 tsp;
✔️ Preparation method:
▫️ knead cottage cheese with a fork ➡️ add protein ➡️ mix;
▫️ add flour, baking powder, salt ➡️ mix;
▫️ form boats and make a small depression in the middle.
▫️ Coat the edges with the remaining egg yolk ➡️ in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 🔥;
▫️ take the boats out, sprinkle with grated cheese ➡️ in the oven for 10 minutes;
▫️ take the boats out and pour egg into the cavity (only yolk is allowed) ➡️ in the oven for 3 minutes.
▫️ sprinkle herbs on top.
It is desirable to eat warm. It is incredibly delicious!!!

if you look for photos on the Internet, you will see that the “boat” has rather large “tails”. they are just for breaking off and dipping them into the liquid middle of khachapuri
