Dry-Marsupial-2922 1 year ago That last anatomical shot of the menu was really cool. yogipandabear 1 year ago Here are descriptions of each photo:1-4) selection of small bites before the main meal, sorry I can’t remember what they were!5) char, king crab, “frantzén selection” caviar, ikura & wasabi6) langoustine, nishiki rice, orange, tonka bean & tarragon7) chawanmushi, razor clam, fermented fennel, teardrop peas & coriander8) cod, whipped miso, chicken dashi & schmaltz9) french toast, grilled eel, spring onion emulsion & double marinated beef10) onion, liquorice, almond11) guinea fowl “bbq*, maitake, kale, vin jaune & truffle12) bread and butter course, the bread was heavenly13) coconut ice cream, tomato, olive oil & vanilla14) cloudberry, sesame, milky oolong tea & peach15) a special cake offered to us because it was our anniversary, I can’t remember what it was, but it was wonderful16 & 17) selection of sweets at the end of the meal.
