1 Tomato with 3 eggs! Quick breakfast in 5 minutes. Super easy and delicious omelet recipe

Ingredients and recipe:
3 eggs
salt
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper
Mix well
100g green onion
Chop
Add to the egg
Mix well
Medium-low heat
1tbsp unsalted butter
1 tomato
Slice
Place the tomato slices in the pan
Pour the egg in the pan
Mozzarella cheese
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Done!

    I can't think of anyone who doesn't like this recipe. Thanks. I make breakfast for my younger sisters every morning before I am off. They can be mighty snarly in the morning, but not after they eat this dish, toast, bacon, and orange juice. Off to a private academy, they go. I pack their lunches, too, with croque madam, fruit, blended orange juice, and a small amount of dessert that I prepare at night. Blueberry mousse. Nothing is too good for them. Mison Plas is important. They don't want to eat what the fancy town academy provides. Our parents are gone, so I raise them with a nanny. I can't be home every time on time. I am 25. The judge allowed me to take custody. Now I make sure of everything for them. 14-17-and 19.

    I made this but mine was too watery on top still so I just scrambled it and put some home made salsa on top great flavor
