  1. I use canned artichoke and it is impossible to chew it. Do I supposed to cook/boil the canned artichoke before putting it in to salad.

  2. Like others, I would REALLY like the recipe for the marinade, etc. in order to make this beautiful salad… for those of us who are new to preparing foods, we are lost if we have to gues.
