  11. Guessing Batata means potato. Someone below said it is Hindi for potato which is cool. In Latin Caribbean we call sweet potato "batata" which just reinforces how much we all share in common. That said I am not a big fan of spicy so I would prob lower the heat with maybe smoked paprika or cumin or even adobo. I would think any kind of spice would work. Everything else about the recipe is grand.

  16. I made these with baby potatoes and sweet potatoes. It was very flavourful. I don't have an oven so I half boiled the potatoes and then deep fried the potatoes.
