Great atmosphere, the front of house is very young and welcoming. a little sloppy. In multiple dishes the garnishes had fallen or skidded around the plate when brought by the runner to our table. On the 6th course, the glass that was poured for me had cork in it. They fixed the problem but should be noted. The food was great but nothing mind-blowing. Menu changes everyday based off what they have and I am impressed by the skill of the team to take on the changes and still prepare everything incredibly well. ly well. ly well. ell. ll. l.

Nothing was over cooked and at no point did the flaws of the kitchen team come through. A little bit boring at moments as some of the sauces and garnishes were very similar. I saw tarragon/anise oil multiple times, along with fennel blossoms, and shellfish reductions. Chef Verjus personally welcomed us and also waited by the door for us to finish as we were the last seated at lunch. Blows my mind that the chef stayed in the kitchen for that long on a day that wasn’t even that busy. only 14 covers for lunch that day.

I would have been happy paying 500eu instead of 1000 EU for 2 menus and a pairing, but overall you pay the price for the high accolades. Good job to the team, definitely needs to get a little tighter if they want 3*. with that being said, I think they are fine just the way they are.
