How To Make Honey Mustard Chicken

2 chicken breast fillets, halved
season with salt
1/2 cup flour for dredging
3-4 tbsp oil
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 heaped tbsp honey
pinch salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup cream

Serve with mashed potato. Garnish with parsley

  5. For Gluten Free, could we do cornstarch? Or you think gluten free panko or regular crumbs are better texture? Or are you trying to avoid coagulation in the sauce?

  7. I forgot to add butter but this is delicious! Tried this today but used chicken thigh without flour. We also don't have liquid stocks here, so I use 1/4 chicken cubes dissolved in 1/2 water. 🥰🥰🥰 Thank you!
