    It’s an abomination, but a tasty-looking one.

you invented it so you get to name it but it sure looks like a calzone to me

If it’s Mexican then it’s a Calzon. No “E” at the end. 🤪

That right there is just a baked ravioli

  5. Ayayoska

A chingadera that could be nice without the cumin.

  6. Tepicense

This would be called an “empanada”

That looks like an *empanada* to me. It could even be a *paste*. They look good!

it’s more like an ’empanada’ i think the only mexican thing here is that you used salsa picante to spice it, that you’re using crema and is that chorizo?… looks delicious tho. cheers! i agree with u/arm1niu5, it’s a tasty-looking abomination.

es todo menos algo mexicano, eso no existe, posiblemente se parece mas a una arepa de Venezuela o comida peruana. looks more like a peruvian or venezuelan food

    looks like the “pastes”

Looks more like a paste ( something traditional from Pachuca )

Not a low-cal calzone, but definitely in the zone

I would call in an empanada, depending on the dough it could be a paste. If you used cumin you could call the meat picadillo
