PRO TIP!!!!
✅serve and enjoy as soon as they leave the oil
✅when frying only add enough oil to cover the tortilla , then fry for 3 minutes each side or until golden ALWAS on medium heat

Ingredients:
3-4 lbs beef pot roast or Chuck
1/2 onion
Head of garlic
2 bay leaves
Fresh oregano
1 tbsp beef bouillon
Salt I used 2 tbsp
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Corn tortillas
Oil for frying
Medium cheddar cheese
Lettuce
For the salsa
2 roma tomatoes
Chile árbol depending on how spicy you want salsa
1 garlic clove
1 tsp white distilled vinagre
1/2 cup water (you can use broth if you want to, I personally don’t like to use it as it has a lot of oil/fat from meat)
Salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1 serving of love 💕

  9. Yes, finally cheese on top of the meat, so it can melt, not on top of the lettuce. Tried to make order a taco bell to put cheese on top of meat they would not f o it for me. Why can you order hamburgers without onions, or without pickels, but you can not order tacos with cheese next to the meat!!!!
