This is my 3rd loaf after watching a lot of YouTube on how to make sourdough. It’s my best one so far, but curious on what I’m doing wrong to get these large bubbles. Does anyone have any feedback? Pretty proud of it, but it’s still not what I wanted. Thanks!

500 g flour
340 g water
Autolyse
100 g starter
10 g salt
3 stretch and folds
Bulk ferment 6 hrs
Final shape
Fridge 10 hrs
