Pan-Seared Airline Chicken on top of Oven Roasted Pumpkin and Carrots with Blanched Broccoli. Served with Fondant Potatoes drizzled with a Buttery, Savoury and Tangy Pan Sauce.

If you took this from another angle, with softer (day light), it would be world of difference!! Looks juicy though!
