LABNAH ZAATAR MANAKISH CRISPY BREAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Sliced Bread – 1 Packet
Zatar Powder – ½ Cup
Pomegranate syrup – 3 tbl sp
Garlic Ground Powder – 1 tbl sp
Olive Oil – 1/2 Cup
Preparation Method:
Step 1: Zatar Coating Mixture
Take a Bowl , add ½ Cup of zatar , 1 tsp of Garlic Ground Power , 3 tbl sp of Pomegranate Syrup and lastly add 1/2 cup of Olive Syrup , mix them all and keep aside.
Step 2: Bread Slice Cutting
Take one bread , cut in the middle with a Circle cutter or any of your choice cutter , cut all the breads in same method and keep aside, now coat each bread in the same zatar mixture , when fully coated both sides , keep aside. Lay them on baking rack of oven , bake it for 6 to 7 mins till crispy .
Serving:
Serve the Crispy Zatar Bread with Labneh Cream Dip
