This might be one of my favorite recreations I have made, mine isn’t as visually pleasing, but the recipe can be found [here](https://web.recime.app/p/da82e87b-0734-496d-b57d-ec6d8a307de2)

Ingredients: Udon noodles you can replace this with any type of noodles if you can’t find udon, chicken boneless, salt, brown sugar, ground black pepper, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil for frying, Tabasco sauce, garlic chopped, 3 leaves nori seaweed for garnish, optional lemon for garnish, red chillis sliced, lemon juice, toasted sesame for garnish

    Steps

    1. Boil the noodles as per packet instructions. Reserve some noodle water for the sauce and drain the rest. In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the chopped garlic until golden brown.
    2. Add the boneless chicken and cook it through. Add salt, pepper, sugar, sauces and sesame oil. Mix everything together, adding noodle water to dilute a bit for about 3-4 minutes.
    3. Add noodles in the fry pan and stir them till the sauce combines with it nicely. This will take another 3-4 minutes.
    4. Take them out in a bowl. Garnish with nori, lemon slices, chill flakes and sesame seeds and voila!
