INGREDIENTS:

Seafood:
– 1 lb. fresh Shrimp (shelled, cleaned, tail-off)
– 1 lb. whiting or swordfish (bones removed)
– 1 lb. fresh calamari (cut into rings)

Sauce:
– 1 whole red bell pepper, chopped
– Handful of fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
– Handful of fresh Parsley, finely chopped
– 4-5 cloves of Garlic
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1 tsp ginger
– 2 tsp paprika
– dash of crushed red pepper
– 3 tablespoons of Olive oil
– 3 tablespoons of butter

Vermicelli Filling:

– 6 oz. package of Chinese Vermicelli
(rice vermicelli)
– reserve liquids from cooking shrimp

Assembly:

– 1 lb of spring roll wrapper or Filo
– 1 egg lightly beaten
– 1 teaspoon of corn startch in 2 tsp of water

Garnish:
– Cooked shrimp in shell (optional)
– parsley sprigs
– lemon sliced

  2. Forgot to mention in the video you should sautee the shrimp separately in a pan with butter and salt and pepper! Use some of the sauce in the filling to give it added flavor!
