Rice Flower 3 tbsp 4. Salt to taste 5. Oil as required 6. Water as needed# METHOD:Serving Size 2Cut the stems of the flower and take out the stamens. Wash and clean them.Make a thick and smooth batter of gram flower and rice flower.Heat oil in a pan.
