* Tortilla wraps * Falafels (store-bought or homemade) * Hummus * Cucumber, sliced * Radishes, thinly sliced * Red onion, sliced * Lime juice or lemon * Fresh parsley * Salt & Pepper * Hot sauce or sweet chili sauce (optional, for added flavor)
**Method:**
1. If you need to cook your falafels prior, or just prefer them warm, preheat oven and cook according to pack instructions. 2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, massage red onion slices in lemon / lime juice and allow to sit for 10+ minutes to allow them to pickle slightly and give a nice zesty flavour to the wrap. 3. Spread a generous amount of hummus on a tortilla wrap and add cucumber, radishes, pickled red onion & falafel pieces. Sprinkle over fresh parsley, salt, pepper and a nice drizzle of preferred sauce.
