High, how are you? No seriously , where did you see this – To me, it looks like cake tops folded taco style with some icing piped in – I can’t figure out what top spherical things are – So back to my opening statement .. looks like some rando kitchen snacks (you might eat while high)

Looks like a brownie base with chocolate whipped cream or a chocolate mousse and soaked cherries. Probably a riff on black forest.
