Recipe says 4 bananas, gif uses 3 bananas. Part of the problem with banana bread is that everything is so variable in size. Is the sugar compacted or loose, is the flour sifted or compacted? How large is a large egg? How large is your banana? Doing all this by mass would be much more consistent.
