Pasta Bro is doing the best that he can do when he has to get you a knife. You can rush around in the kitchen with a sharp chef's knife!
I can already taste these potatoes.. My mom has always made her potatoes with the same ingredients.. only difference is she does her roast beef/lamb (whatever it is she's made that day for the main meat), which she uses those flavorings, then when its cooked she removes it from the baking dish, adds her potatoes into it with more garlic and rosemary and puts them back in the oven. They don't crisp up like this cos she doesn't always have the time or patience to rinse them this way (which definitely helps to crisp them up) but they still taste amazing.. there's usually a few missing before supper/lunch is served.. also those garlic cloves will be amazing.. soft and roasted.. in our house everyone fights for them..

cooking it on a dark thin pan will make the potatoes more crunchy, and so will not washing the starch out, also putting the potatoes in while the oven is preheating. it's the slow heat up that makes the starch crispy.

Hello from Puerto Rico. Mine are in the oven now. I left the skin on, used an extra virgin olive oil that is infused with roasted garlic, used dry rosemary because I didn't have fresh, and added some dry oregano and a bit of freshly ground black pepper. Thanks!

You have better dishes and preparations. For this one, better first to boil them for 8 min and then in the oven at 250 deg celsius for 15 min
