Pigeon breast and confit with artichoke, shallots and capers 8. Palate cleanser with passion fruit ice cream and coconut foam 8. Tiramisu with salted caramel and Bailey’s ice cream 9. Sweets: lemon meringue using aquafaba, bourbon vanilla ice cream, pistachio baklava and passionfruit jelly
