1 Tablespoon Of Sugar
.25 Cup Of Heavy Cream
1 Egg yolk
Whisk
1. Whisk 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
2. Boil Heavy Cream.
3. Slowly pour heavy cream into egg yolk and sugar mixture.
4. Pour mixture into cupcake mold.
4. Squeeze in .5 lime.
6. Heat at 400 for 7 minutes.

2. Boil at least a quarter cup of Heavy Cream. I don’t know the minimum amount of heavy cream that you can boil.
3. Slowly pour .25 cup heavy cream into egg yolk and sugar mixture.
4. Pour mixture into cupcake mold.
4. Squeeze in 1 lime.
6. Heat at 400 for 7 minutes.
