– 3 Egg yolks
(卵黄)
– 35g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
– 100ml Milk
(牛乳)
– 200g Whipping Cream
(生クリーム)
– 1Tsp Vanilla extract
(バニラエッセンス)
– Hot water
(お湯)
– Bake at 160℃ for 40 minutes
(160℃ – 40分焼く)
– Refrigerate for 2 hours
(冷蔵庫で2時間)
– Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
– Wait for 3 minutes
(3分待つ)

  4. For those who has fan oven, cook it for 30 minutes at 150 degreesC. I cooked it at 150 degreesC for 35 minutes and it was totally overcooked lol

  8. In my region this dish is called Elba.. we like it flavored though.. add saffron threads to it, cardamom for aromatics instead of vanilla as we use evaporated milk (or water over great amount of milk powder) instead of cream. So tasty.
