It was a beautiful day in the Napa Valley, and resident food and wine expert Marc Golick couldn’t resist getting the BBQ out and heading to our Vittorio’s Vineyard lawn for this month’s Wine-of-the-Month Club recipe: Tangy Sweet & Smoky-Grilled Scallop Skewers.
